Hello,
It appears as if you are experiencing a problem called 'vaginismus'. This is a neuro-psychological problem associated with local infections sometimes. You need to see a counselor for proper guidance. Dryness of the vagina can be due to several reasons like local infections, stress and anxiety, inadequate preparation, general infections and so on. Proper handling of the situation by the partner with patience helps both of you to ease out. Infections can be treated, pelvic therapy taken and anxiolytics used. Hope this helps.
