What Causes Dryness In The Mouth And Thirst For Water In A Diabetic?

I am 56 years old man, my height is 1.4 m. I am diabetic type 2 (suger level between 4 and 15) I have been on Indo Metformin and sandoz spironolactone I am also hypertensive (high blood presure) 100/170 and on medication Furosemide and adco-atenolol. I am not feeling sick except that for the last two weeks I have been a little tirered my mouth is dry I take in a lot of water and pass out a lot of water I go to gym twice a week I do cadio and some weight I do not suffer from exesive stress from work or home front. Please advice

Hello,
Your excessive thirst and urination could be due to uncontrolled diabetes.
Other reason could be loss of electrolytes and dehydration due to water pills like furosemide and spironolactone.
Get your serum electrolytes and blood sugar levels checked and then take necessary action accordingly.
