What Causes Dryness Along With A Red Rash On The Penis Head?

Hi can you help I have just noticed a red rash on my penis head its not painful at all. I so have extremely dry penis skin a lot of the time and have trouble peeing normally. When i do pee it doesnt hurt and there is no burning sensation. It has been really hot where I am would that cause a rash on my penis head?

Dry skin penis skin and red rash could be due to a local dermatological problem or an STI.Its is a condition that can be very disturbing and should not be taken lightly.You can get a steroid cream for local administration and see a physician for STI work-up
