General & Family Physician Dr. Padma Saikia's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
The reason for blisters, itching and leaving behind a dry skin could be due to fungal infection. The blisters need to examined and then an appropriate treatment could be given.Maintain good personal hygiene. You can use a perineal wash regularly and consult a gynae before it aggravates.
Take care
