What Causes Dry Skin Above Testicle?

Hi Dr , how are you doing? 2 days ago I discovered that I had a dry skin or dandruff on the area above my balls/testicles , so how can I remove it slowly and step by step and by time of course at home without harming my self or my dick ? And by the way I m 18 and I used to masterbate since I was 10 until now actually and if I don t masterbate I feel so so tired thanks

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of dry skin or dandruff on the scrotal skin.
This may possibly a reaction to something you must have been using for masturbation, or soaps and so on.
Clean the area with plain water 4 times a day and apply liquid povidone iodine locally 2 times a day.
If there is no result within 3 days consult a Dermatologist.
