What Causes Dry Penile Skin After Having Unprotected Oral Sex?

I received unprotected oral sex from a male 8 months ago. I went for STD testing 1 month ago and test results were negative, thank God. But I have dry skin on penis and irritation on my urethra opening and I don't know what this could be? Is this eczema? What do are the symptoms related to?

Hi welcome to HCM.
I understand your query and concern.

Dry skin on your penile skin could probably be an eczematous reaction secondary to any superficial bacterial infection. These symptoms could range from dryness to intense itching and excoriation of the penile skin.I advise you to refrain from such hazardous sexual practices.Practise barrier methods of protection.Antibiotics like Cefpodoxime CV can be helpful.Use emollients to prevent drying.Consult a venereologist and discuss the above.Report to your doctor in case of any itching and ulceration.Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
