I can understand your concern for xerotic patch on right leg. Now the same disease also started on left leg. Most probably it may be xerotic eczema. However you consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis. You may be atopic.
I would like to recommend as below..
- tacrolimus 0.1% oint twice a day - antihistaminics - steroid in tappering dose - avoid soap bath
