What Causes Dry Heaves Abdominal Pain With Bloody Stools?
I am a 50 year old male and recently experience two instances in which I have had the dry heaves, followed a couple of days later with blood in my stool, followed a couple of days later with what seems like abdominal pain. The first time I went to emergency and they took a CTscan. Found nothing and said it could have been a kidney stone. The second time the pain only lasted a short time and I thought if it was a stone, it passed as well. I have not had blood in my urine in either instance. Last Friday I had the dry heaves and today, like clockwork, I have blood in my stool. I'm expecting abdominal pain within the next day or so. Is there an illness that has these symptoms combined?

First of all kidney stones is a wrong diagnosis as it can never cause blood in stools.
Blood in stools means either there is some problem in your gut or you have a bleeding disorder.
Certain disease in the gut can cause dry heaves for example celiac disease carcinoid tumors . Certain bleeding disease are also associated with dry heaves.
So I advise you to get colonoscopy test and the following blood tests. platelet count PT , aPTT , INR . Kindly revert back with the report.
