What Causes Dry Eyes Syndrome?

Hi, I had SLT laser surgery on one eye 4 months. I have advanced glaucoma. I lost some vision after this procedure and now have very dry eye. The IOP went to 14 but another Dr. told me I should have 10 IOP. I am scared to have the SLT on the other eye as I am having a lot of trouble with the SLT eye. It still waters a lot and is very dry. Why am I having so much trouble? Should I have the SLT on the other eye or maybe canaloplasty? Thank you very much.
