What Causes Dry Cough?

My self bharat, age 25 yrs, before 4yrs back I taken ATT in case of pluero pulmonary tuberculosis 9months. Now a days I got dry cough for one months . my chest x-ray is normal and my blood AEC report is 450. Now please suggest me a good treatment.and what should I taken and avoid ..?

Bharat, your dry cough could have many reasons.
The past Tuberculosis doesnt seem to be a reason for it however you can be an allergic person and suffering from asthma and hence the cough
Also sometimes due to this recent seasonal change a viral infection can be high on the cards and often the post viral cough is a little resistant to treatment.
Need to do CBC, Chest xray and spirometry to know the exact cause and then accordingly the treatment.
