What Causes Dry Cough With Chest Pain And Wheezing?

Yesterday I started coughing, not a hard cough, sort of dry and raspy, like I m coughing on dust. It s almost wheezy, and I can t catch my breath. My chest feel cold and achey and I m starting to feel achey ( but that could just be me projecting something actually wrong).

Hi welcome to the health care magic

According to history it seems to be allergic bronchitis...

Your work up done as follow...
-Auscultation
-CBC
-AEC count
-Chest x ray

If eosinophila present than fexofenedine plus montelukast combination drug given for 10 days

If wheezing more and difficult breathing than for three days nebulization by levosalbutamol and budesonide BD can be prescribed

If needed pulmonary function test done to rule out Asthma if needed

Take care

Consult physician or pulmonologoist for examination

Hope your concern solved
