I have COPD. I quit smoking in 2000, and about 2 weeks ago, I went to a friends house, and there was a lot of heavy smoking. I didn t leave right away. (And I should have) I was sick with a sore throat for a while and went to the VA. He prescribed some cough lozenges and Guaifenesin. And I have been doing fine. But now every so often I talk and start to dry cough and seems like I get short breathed and cough some more. Is there something I should be doing for this? I found out I can t afford this. I was just asking. It is a little bothersome. YYYY@YYYY
