What Causes Drowsiness With Cold Sweats?

Hi doc; >I felt Drowsy; cold sweat and (3 spaced yawns in about 2 minutes apart)..all this lasted about 15 to 20 minutes...then sat on the bed before feeling better.
Note: Had not taken Lunch >What may it have been since I have never felt like this before?

* Clinically related to Hypoglycemia ( low blood sugar ) +/- Hypotension ( low
blood pressure ) .
* Preferable to take immediately green tea / coffee instantly ; take 15-20 deep
breaths , relax & if possible get BP measured with digital machine .
