Hi,
light headness and low pulse rate indicates possible hypotension secondary to low thyroid hormone levels. You need to get evaluated for thyroid profile to possibly increase the medication. Meet you doctor to get it tested and get a prescription if levels are abnormal.
Drowsiness needs to be treated at earliest as a fall can result in major fractures making you immobile/ bed ridden.
If you have any further queries, do ask, will be happy to help again.
