Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, i had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
Sir, You din't mention the medication you are taking for diabetes.
Blood sugar levels are usually lowered by diabetic medication and exercises.
Usually dosage of medication should be optimum enough. If the dosage is higher it reduces sugar levels more than required which still more reduced by exercises.
So, now you need to visit your doctor immediately and discuss this regarding dosages. Or write to us the Fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels along with HbA1c levels. Then get correct doses that reduces only required amount of sugar levels by which you can also continue your exercises. Until the stop exercises.
Hope this guides you. Thank you
