What Causes Drop In Oxygen Levels Along With Low Heart Rate?

My oxygen levels have been running low for me and my heart rate will beat normally and suddenly drop to 35. Can t exert myself any more and have trouble breathing. About a month ago my oxygen level dropped to 79. It s come back up almost to 90 when heart rate is up, but my legs have been swelling every day since. Nothing on my right side is working correctly and is colder than the left. I wonder if I had a stroke. Hi my name is Pam.
