Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your sister in law is having double vision.
The common cause for double vision in diabetics is nerve palsies.
This requires treatment of diabetes and use of steroids to accelerate the recovery.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
