What Causes Double Vision And Vertigo After Ear Infection?

Hello...My boss had an ear infection about a month ago....anyway he got very ill and was very weak....after he got over the ear infection he now has double vision and a slight case of vertigo permanently...otherwise he is fine. he is about 60 years of age and was in good health prior to this....and he has gone to two separate Dr.'s and still no one seems to know whats wrong with him.

I am sorry but im afraid you will not find a decend answer for this case from anyone of us .
Your boss should do at least this examinations.
1- MRI of the head with iv contrast
2- Videonistagmografi
3- Oculist visit
4- Neurological visit
5- ENT is at the end after you have done all of those.
