What Causes Dizzy Spells?

Dizziness spells.

I have had dizziness spells (less than 30 seconds )and short episodes where i feel like falling for the past three years. I have gone to ENT, Neurologists, Cardiologists specialists and have had all the MRI, CAT scans, blood tests, ultrasounds and holter monitor and found nothing. The only thing they found were nodules on my thyroids. can you please help as I cannot drive the car anymore. the dizziness range from very small to large where I need to lay down.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
There are some more reasons for vertigo, it could be due to the anemia, deficiency of vitamin D, etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
He may prescribe you cinnerzine, ranitidine, till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
