What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Severe Headaches And Elevated Blood Pressure?

My mom is very un steady when up dizzy hot but whole body trembles gets pale and has to sit down imediately pounding headache loss of memory almost every sentence missing a word plus elevated blood preasure they say all her tests and blood work is negative and fine can anyone tell me what this could be please

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have dizzy spells along with severe headaches and elevated blood pressure . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like stress and anxiety , low blood sugar and iron level , ear related problems like meniere's disease and migraine and symptoms of stroke . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination without any delay to prevent any further complication . Doctor may order , ECG , TMT , complete blood profile , troponin t test and chest x-ray . Doctor may prescribe betablockers , diuretics , aspirin , isosorbid nitrate , sedatives and may refer you to ENT specialist if he/she find problem to be related with ear . For now stay calm , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and avoid bending forward .
