What Causes Dizzy Spells After Stopping MDMA?

Hi I ve been taking MDMA/ Ecstasy for the past week everyday and stopped on the weekend. It was my first time trying the drug. suddenly this week I ve been getting dizzy spells when I walk or concentrate its been happening for the passed 4 days now. Is something wrong with me?

This is a common effect of MDMA withdrawal. It is not dangerous and should go away in a few more days. To prevent this from happening, don't use MDMA again.
