What Causes Dizziness,headache And Coughing Blood After A Head Injury?

Dr, my father was fall down head knock on simen floor yesterday 3.30pm, found out he fainted n cannot remember he gt fall down when we found him sit on the floor at 3.45pm. he coughing with blood n complaint diziness, headache n ear loss hearing. we send him to hospital emergency department, doctor given tramadol via IV, done x- ray found out no fracture no heamatoma. doctor discharge my father after observe till 9pm. my father gt no other complaint, claimed tat feeling better. But when we reached home, my father complaint seriously dizziness cannot go in home for rest, request rest n sleep in car 1st. then, tis morning 10am complaint seriously headache n coughing with blood again. can i know wat happened for this situation?thank you.

only x ray done..!?he sould be evaluated with a cat scan preferably as soon as possible and other workup if required..
admission, observation and further treatment in a hospital must be done.
TAKE HIM TO A SPCIALITY HOSPITAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
