What Causes Dizziness With Nausea?
i went to sleep dizzy because i thought when i woke up i would feel better but not that long ago i woke up felling really dizzy i was breathing really hard my tummy hurted a but hands were going numb and threw up i still feel a little bit nausus and one foot is falling asleep what can this be?

Feeling dizzy, breathing hard, and generalized numbness might be related to possible:
- stroke
- neurological problems
I highly suggest to get checked by a neurologist and cardiologist for further evaluation and proper treatment in time.
If you cannot go to ER yourself, then, call them to come and take you as soon as possible.
