What Causes Dizziness With Black Dots In Vision And Headache?

Hello there! I was concerned about something that happened to me today, for the first time. I m a healthy 19 year old girl who eats regularly and exercises as well. Today, all of a sudden, I starting seeing black dots and my left eye almost lost its vision. Dizziness followed the black dots and later on got a headache. What does this mean? Your help is very appreciated!

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? Any family history of migraine?
Based upon your symptoms , i dont think there is any organic cause. The stress factor may be invoved in this which is giving you this symptoms.
It may be a MIGARINE AURA you need to be exmained by your physician so that exact pathology can be identified.
you may need to get ur FBC ESR....
Mean while stay calm and continue with your routine chores..
