What Causes Dizziness While Smoking Cigarette?

I was standing out side smoking a ciggerette with a few friends. We were in the middle of just talking and i started feeling week in the stomach, then everything started turning white and i got really dizzy. I couldn't even hold my ciggarette i tossed and leaned against the truck. As soon as i sat down and took a drink of something i felt fine. What just happened to me?

Cannot say in your particular case and, cigarettes interact with the digestion and heart system. There can be from a stimulation of the digestive system, a reaction that lowers heart rate. Blood pressure goes lower and people feel like they are about to pass out.
Although this sounds terribly dangerous, VASO-VAGAL REACTIONS, are actually not that big a deal and pretty common and about never an indication of heart disease.
