What Causes Dizziness While On Treatment For COPD?

My husband has been suffering with copd for a few years now, he takes 2 breathing treatments a day, he uses sprivia in the morning and has inhalers when he gets real winded and now uses oxygen at night so he can sleep. he just recently starting getting a little dizzy and he is getting headaches. is this part of the copd?

Headache & dizziness in a case of COPD can be due to hypercapnoea or CO2 retention. I suggest do his arterial ABG analysis. Or else check his SPo2 level with pulse Oxymeter.
