General & Family Physician 's  Response
This kind of symptoms are seen in postural hypotension in which BP suddenly falls in standing. This can be diagnosed by measuring BP at lying and standing posture simultaneously and checking the difference.
Moreover lisinopril has a common side effect of having dizziness or lightheadedness when getting up suddenly from lying or sitting.
There is also a chance of beging postural positioning vertigo.
All should be checked clinically and find the actual cause. If it seems to be a side effect of lisinipril, swich over to another antihypertensive medication according to your BP level is recommended.
