What Causes Dizziness While On Cetirizine And Diphenhydramine?

I was diagnosed w Bronchitis at 2 emergency rooms....... After 5 weeks I went to California and they gave me an allergy pill Cetirizine and Diphenhydramine....in the 3rd emergency room I cough 1000 times a day.......until I received the allergy pills..... now I cough less but get dizzy and pass out I fly every week on United or AA....and noticed many people coughing before I started in late June (21st) any ideas?

I can understand your concern.
Yoi might have contacted respiratory Infection from co Travellers on the flight.
So better to wear face mask on flight.
Cetrizine is antihistamine. It can cause dizziness, sleepiness, Tiredness as side effects.
So your dizziness is mostly due to cetrizine you are taking.
You can switch over to fexofenadine. It is non drowsy antihistamine with more anti allergic action.
