What Causes Dizziness Upon Sleeping On The Left Side Of The Body?
I am a woman 68 (sixty-eight) years old. I at times feel dizzy when I particularly want to sleep on my left hand side. I have done blood, hear and brain tests and my doctor says I there is nothing found with those. Please what could possibly be wrong.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Taking antivertigo medications and vertigo exercises will be helpful. An ENT consultation also should be done to rule out any problems with internal ear.
