What Causes Dizziness Upon Moving The Head?

I have dizziness when moving head side to side or up and down which causes tingling at top of head and triggers migraines. I have had this for more than 8 weeks since Sept 4th, 2017 with a precious few scattered days of mild (not complete) relief. I have been tested for vertigo, (negative for BPV) ekg, eeg, Cat scan of brain MRI and MRA all seem normal nothing to indicate stroke or any other vascular condition... It seems to me to be nerve in the neck or lower neck, upper back joint that causes tingling and dizziness ( not room spinning). I am scheduled for another MRA I am pushing for neck and spine. a bit frustrated but in very good health overall, 71 yrs old, 6 ft tall 175 lbs Blood pressure low side of normal 110 / 70 my entire life, but have been a migraine sufferer since age 8. The current headaches are triggered by the dizziness of neck movement. Felix
