What Causes Dizziness, Sweating, Chills And Pain In Bottom?

two days ago i woke up with pain in my bottom , so i went to the bath room , while sitting in the toilet i felt dizzy & light headed with heavy sweating . after i was feeling chills, i cam back to bed after awhile, but i start feeling like my heart is sinking with chills in my body , all night long i was in this condition.it happened to me 4th time in past couple of months, please let whats causing this ? thanks

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here are some possibilities.
First you might have viral colitis like condition.Ultrasound examination and complete blood examination helpful for that.
Second it might have bacterial colitis like condition .stool examination and ultrasound helpful.
Third rule out possibilities of chronic appendicitis with ultrasound examination.
If no specific cause found then it might be simple muscular pain.
For bacterial infection antibiotic needed.

Do ultrasound and CBC examination first as preliminary approch.
