General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Eye strain could be due to your constant working on computer for long hours.

The stomach upset could be due to acute gastritis or gastroenteritis but it needs to be evaluated further by clinical examination and some tests.

Your dizziness might be related to stomach upset or may be due to dehydration or electrolyte imbalance in the body.

You should go for complete hemogram, ESR,blood electrolyte and abdominal ultrasound to detect the exact cause behind that.

You can take antacid like pantoprazole and topical anesthetic eye drops for symptommatic relief.

You should see some local doctor or physician if symptoms persists.

Regards,
