What Causes Dizziness, Slurred Speech And Headache?

Hi, I just got out of the hospital because of extrem dizziness...I couldn t walk well, slurred speech, extrem headache, they said, after all kinds of testing, no cancer, stroke, ms, tumor etc. they couldn t find a reason why. This has been happening for about 2 yrs but never this bad. I would like to know my next step. Tried to make apt with neurologist that treated me in hospital but can t get them to return my calls to set apt. They told me I was very healthy. I m 54. No sinus either, that what I always thought it was.

I really appreciate your concern, extreme psychological condition could cause such symptoms and it is related with the gender like more common in female (You have not mentioned your gender here) now next is you have to consult the psychiatrist, or try to come out of this on your own, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
