What Causes Dizziness, Neck Pain And Headache?

I have had a headache for the second day now. It comes and goes. I feel dizzy, like I m going to faint. It hurts behind my eyes, the back of my neck, and the top of my head. Sometimes it feels like I want to sleep almost, like my arms and head are hard to move. Do you have any idea what s wrong?

Hello, As your symptoms are suggesting, I will request you to get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked. Also in the meanwhile try to regulate your sleep patterns. Try to avoid too much consumption of caffeine and sweets.
