What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Severe Chills?

My wife was feeling okay until lunch yesterday. Three hours later she called and asked me to drive her home. Dizzy, nauseous. She slept all night off and on Some nausea. She was feeling better. Got her some fruit and a sandwich. Now she s having sever chills again...

After having lunch your mother having dizziness, nausea problem and fever just now ......

This history is suggestive towards viral gastritis like infection....

Symptomatic management is to be done. ...

Drink more water...

Avoid excess fried, spicy and fatty meal..

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach
Fruits more

Domperidobe 10 mg tablet can be taken for vomitting..
For gastritis take pantoprazole drug for few days...

For fever paracetamol taken SOS....

If no improvement than USG, widal and CBC like investigation needed for further work up....
