What Causes Dizziness, Migraine And Pressure In Head?

I have migrain like headakes, pressure all over my head. Severe dizziness, when tilting my head, standing up, sitting down, laying down, and walking. I have the sensation of being thrown around in circles, as if I was on a ride at a fair that went in circles, extremely fast, or on a roller coaster, being slung around very hard and fast. At night, I am hot, then chilled, all night long. When I first lay down, it takes a few minutes for the room to stop spinning. I am tired, and feel sick to my stomach, all the time. Can you tell me what could be causing this?

HI
Well come to HCM
As you said in the beginning that you have migraine so this is not actual pathological condition but this is more or less functional condition and headache can aggravate with emotional stress, depression, anxiety, and some time this could cause hallucination if you have not properly taken sleep, hope this information helps, take care.
