What Causes Dizziness Light-headedness In Pregnancy?
dizziness lightheadedness spots around eyes, mini black out, temporary loss of hearing and slowly returning back to normal, couldn't move or speak, sudden profuesly sweating, then throwing up yellow afterwards blood pressure 102/56 pulse 71 and 2 months pregnant.

Most of your symptoms can be related to a drop in blood sugar levels, except for the temporary loss of hearing. Please make sure you eat well, and avoid such episodes in the future. I would also recommend visiting an ENT specialist if at all thete was any liss of hearing, although I personally feel this happened only due to an altered mental state that comes upon with hypoglycemia.
