What Causes Dizziness, Increased Thirst, Frequent Urination And Tremors?

Never been diagnosed with diabetes but I m having signs of them. Dizzy weak thirsty peeing a lot shakey body feels jittery inside. Took my blood sugar the last 3 days and it ranges 220 s-304....does this mean I m diabetic now? No matter what I eat my levels stay at this level. I ve been taking my blood sugar about every 2/4 hours. Any suggestions? I m also nursing a 6th month old? Never had this even in pregnancy. And I m always hungry! And no I m not pregnant I took a test. And I m on birth control.

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Yes you have diabetes as your blood sugar is very high.
Dizziness may be a side effects of birth control pill and due to abnormal glucose metabolism.
Tremors may be due to weakness and fatigue as a complication of diabetes.
Frequent urination due to high glucose excretion in urine which lead to osmotic diuresis.
Increased urination lead to more thirst.
So polyuria, polyghagia and polydypsia are classical symptoms of diabates

Better to consult the diabetologist and start treatment

Meanwhile take following advice:
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Avoid sweets
Start exercising regularly
Relaxation exercise
Take your medicine and diet regularly
Take healthy diet with vitamin and mineral supplements
Avoid spicy/fatty/salty foods
Avoid carbonated beverages or high corn syrup
Drink more fluids
Regular investigation required every 3 months are:
Blood pressor check up
Hb1Ac
Lipid profile

Hope this may help you
Best regards
