Hello dear Understand your concern Yes you have diabetes as your blood sugar is very high. Dizziness may be a side effects of birth control pill and due to abnormal glucose metabolism. Tremors may be due to weakness and fatigue as a complication of diabetes. Frequent urination due to high glucose excretion in urine which lead to osmotic diuresis. Increased urination lead to more thirst.
