your symptoms points towards the condition called vertigo which is most likely and very common
I need to know if you had such symptoms in the past
there are many reasons for vertigo one of the commonest is stone in your ear canal ( labyrinth )
the treatment for it is some physical manuveres
you can google epleys manuvere and try that
also you can start tab betahistine 8 mg twice daily if these symptoms occur repeatedly
if still it persist I would recommend you to see an ENT specialist for further management

feel free to get back with your queries
