What Causes Dizziness Followed By Fatigue And Lack Of Concentration?

hi i am recently feeling dizzy, tired, fatigue, pressured and clogged ears, and loss of concentration. ENT checked my ears and said they are fine (took meds for inner ear infection on the safe side) and got an MRI for the brain and it is fine. what could be the problem and which Dr should i consult

I appreciate the efforts taken by you.
The symptoms mentioned above could also be associated with hypoglycemia, wherein sugar levels in the blood fall. Sometime hypotension may also cause similar problems. Nutritional deficiencies can also be the problem.
I would suggest you meet a general md physician.
Nonetheless I would take the opportunity to do Complete body checkup for a similar patient in my clinic. They should include Complete blood count, sugar test, kidney function, liver function, urine tests, lipid profile, abdominal sonography, ECG, cardiac stress test.
