you have problem of dizziness may be because of otological cause like middle ear pathology. In middle ear patholody like labyrinthitis, viral infection etc....
Peripheral vascular disfunction like basal meningitis,ischemia.....etc benign paroxysmal positional vertigo may cause dizziness. Viral labyrinthitis may cause vertigo or dizziness.
LOW blood pressure may cause dizziness..... HYPOGLCEMIC condition cause dizziness.
Low cardiac output may cause dizziness. Orthostatic hypotention or hyperventilation may cause dizziness. Sometime vasovagal episode may ruled out.
