What Causes Dizziness And White Specks In Stool?

I am a 24 year old male 175 pounds. For the past few months I have been having alternating constipation and diarrhea. Lately, I have been experiencing dizziness and my stools have been loose with small white specks in them. Would like to know what could be causing this?
