What Causes Dizziness And Weakness With Fluctuating BP?

I have felt dizzy and weak for two days now. I began checking my bp today and these are the readings I got: 89/53 with pulse 70; about five minutes later was 83/51 and p 65; about 10 minutes later it was 88/55 with p 67; 15 minutes later 93/55; an hour later 100/62 with p 79; a couple of hours later it was 99/44 and p 70. Is that okay or what should I do? My normal bp is around 105-120 over 70s. Please help.

Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through the case and i found that mild fluctuation of blood pressure is normal even blood pressure of both arms differs the same time.So for dizziness and weakness go for some blood test to rule out the anemia or go to ENT specialist for ear examination. Some time due to tinitus it happens or check for cervical pain. After a correct diagnosis take the correct treatment.Hope my answer will be effective for you.
Thanks,
