What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting Post Hysterectomy?

my question is I had several tumors on my uterus so the doctor took my uterus out so I no longer have periods, but yesterday I was severly ill throwing up everything everywere, dizzy, and have lost a lot of weight lately and than today when I went to the bathroom I wipped and I am bleeding like if I m starting a period I don t understand whats going on and my boobs hurt really bad also.

If you noticed blood on wiping it would have either originated from the vagina or cervix (if this was not removed) or the urinary tract (bladder, urethra, ureter, kidneys)

Blood from the urinary tract may be due to infection, trauma, blood disorder, mass in the kidney/bladder, kidney disease.
You would need to consider seeing your doctor for assessment which would include physical examination and urine analysis
