What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus?

My question is I get dizziness when I stand up sometimes and a pounding in my ears. It last a very short time less then a minute. It goes away for awhile and then comes back and can happen several times in a row. I also have a constent headache which varies in intensity. YYYY@YYYY Bruce Perin

hello sir you should have need to consult about your Ears to an ENT specialist to rule any patholgy in ears,its an alarming sign of serious hearing loss. ..may be ear blockage, ear and sinus infections, allergies, high or low blood pressure, tumors, ... It is caused because of sudden change in the positioning of head ...
