What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Legs?
As soon as I finished lunch I stood up and walked outside and felt light headed and legs tingly. Felt like I could pass out. So I checked my blood pressure and it was 154/99. Could that be the issue? I m 31 and on BP medicine but not consistent with meds

There may be circulation problems in legs,although this is very rare in such young people but if this was just temporarily then you should not worry. It may also be caused by blood pressure variations.
