What Causes Dizziness And Ringing Sound In Ear?

My husband of over 25 years have been in good health , until last week his job called me to pick him up for First time illness of: BP 180/105, severe dizziness, deafness in left ear along with ringing in the left ear, frontal lobe pressure headache & occipital headache. He has been out of work since. Today makes a week now. & the right ear now is slightly affected as well. What is his dx? Is he a good candidate for SSDI or reg. early retirement in Florida he is 59 years old

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
With this history I would advise you to have his MRI brain with MRI angiography and opinions of an ENT and Neurologist ...
Hypertension can cause this or can be an effect due to to the symptoms itself.
