Smoking weed excites your Central Vascular System as well as Central Nervous System.
So dizziness and rapid heart beat(what all say KIK) are common after smoking weed.
Please quit weed, and take support from your family.
Do recreational activities and divert your mind.Talk to someone who understands you.
Don't worry,you will be fine.
