What Causes Dizziness And Palpitations?

Hi,hello i have been experiencing dizziness everytime i get up sometimes not everytime but occasionally my body feels weak kind of feels like pins and needles, i am 18 years old iv been to a doctor he said it could be anemia i have to do some blood tests and the week after i have to carry something on my arm for a whole day to check my blood pressure, also my heart from time to time beats faster than it should like a spaz attack but after 2 seconds it comes down. I think its because i dont eat much.the question is in england it is ramadan now for 1 month i have to fast a certain amount of hours from morning till sunset is it recommended for me not to fast ? thank you may I answer your healt

Well come to HCM
If you have not done certain test then this need to be done like EKG and X-ray this is just to rule out some possibilities else this may be the functional condition at all, anxiety and depression may be the cause for this, hope this information helps.
