What Causes Dizziness And Palpitations?
Hi Doctor, I am a 23 years old girl, I am experiencing dizziness these days and I feel my heart beating in my throat. Most likely, I get this dizziness when I'm taking the elevator (since then, I'm feeling this).
PS: I'm taking very often (more than 6 times a day)

As per your query you have complaints of dizziness and palpitations.
Dizziness is usually caused due so tachycardia that is increased heart rate which causes palpitations too.
But it is associated with so many conditions like
1. Anxiety
2. Increased blood pressure.
3. Hyperthyroidism
You need to take am ecg and get other investigations like thyroid function tests done.
